You may have arrived here because something in your life feels heavy, confusing, or out of balance. Perhaps you are feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward. You might also be exploring counselling for a young person who is finding things difficult. Whatever has brought you here, you deserve a space where you can pause, breathe, and feel supported.
I am an integrative counsellor offering counselling in Ash for adults and young people. My practice is convenient for Farnham, Farnborough, Camberley, Guildford, and surrounding areas. I also offer online counselling sessions for flexibility or if travel is difficult.

Counselling is about working side by side. Sessions move at your pace, focusing on what matters most to you. Together, we explore your experiences, emotions, and ways of coping, helping you feel steadier, more grounded, and more confident in everyday life. Change grows through honest, trusting relationships rather than quick fixes. Some sessions focus on understanding past experiences, others on making sense of the present, often blending both. The work is gentle, collaborative, and guided by your perspective and personal experiences.
Life as a young person can feel intense. School pressures, friendships, social media, identity, self-worth, and family dynamics can all add up. I work with young people aged 11 and above, providing a calm, steady space to talk openly without fear of judgement.
Alongside my private practice, I have extensive experience supporting young people in schools and through charitable organisations. This helps me meet each young person with a grounded, relatable approach that balances understanding with emotional resilience.
Life often comes with competing demands and emotional weight. Adults seek counselling when they feel anxious, burnt out, low in confidence, or disconnected from themselves or others. Some are navigating relationship difficulties, work stress, or questions about identity and meaning.
Counselling creates a space to slow down, reflect, and make sense of what is happening beneath the surface. Our work supports clarity, self-understanding, and building internal foundations to help you move towards a life that feels more balanced and authentic.
Counselling provides a safe space to explore what matters to you, reflect on patterns, and develop strategies that feel manageable. My approach adapts naturally to the different ways people experience and process life, including clients who are neurodivergent. While I do not offer diagnosis, sessions can help you understand your experiences more clearly, recognise strengths, and build confidence and clarity in your own way.
It is natural to take time before engaging in counselling. You are welcome to arrange a short conversation to explore whether this approach feels supportive. We can discuss what might help and how sessions could work for you or your young person.
All enquiries are usually answered within 48 hours. If you have not received a reply within this time, please check your junk or spam folder, as messages can occasionally land there.
