Life often presents challenges that can leave us feeling overwhelmed or lost. This could be from the weight of anxiety, low self-esteem, self-harm, friendship issues, exam stress, relationship challenges with family and friends, and bereavement. In such moments, it's not uncommon to feel adrift, questioning our purpose and direction. Fairchild Counselling is here to provide the support you need.

Hi, I’m Nicky and I provide counselling services for individuals aged 11 and above, on a short or long-term basis. Fairchild Counselling can help you with the challenges you are facing through face-to-face counselling sessions from my practice in the village of Ash on the Surrey-Hampshire border, or we can work together online from anywhere in the UK. As a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), I strictly adhere to their ethical guidelines. My regular supervision ensures the highest standards of care in my counselling practice.
