Where are you based?
Ash, Near Aldershot (GU12), with in-person and online sessions available.
What happens in a counselling session?
Each session lasts 50 minutes. You decide what to explore and lead the pace. There is no pressure to share more than you feel comfortable with.
What is your approach?
Integrative counselling draws from different therapeutic approaches. Person-centred therapy is the foundation, placing your experience, needs, and autonomy at the centre.
Do you work with neurodivergent clients?
Yes. Sessions support clients with different ways of processing and experiencing the world, including neurodivergent clients.
Do you work with parents?
Yes. When arranging counselling for a young person, parents or carers are consulted to understand the context, answer questions about process, availability, or fees, and support initial introductions. It is important that young people feel comfortable and have a sense of choice.
Is counselling confidential?
Yes, with exceptions for safety and legal requirements, explained before sessions begin.
Do I need to be experiencing difficulties to benefit?
No. Counselling provides a supportive space to explore thoughts, understand feelings, and develop strategies for daily life.
Can I have counselling if I have had counselling before?
Yes. Counselling can be helpful at any stage, whether you are new to therapy or returning to explore new challenges or insights.
How much do sessions cost?
£60 for 50 minutes. Concessionary spaces are available for counselling students and low-income clients.
How do I get started?
Arrange a 15–20 minute introductory conversation via the Enquiry Page.
All enquiries are usually answered within 48 hours. If you have not received a reply within this time, please check your junk or spam folder, as messages can occasionally land there.
