Counselling for Adults

Adults come to counselling to better understand themselves and manage experiences such as:

  • Anxiety or stress
  • Low self-worth, self-esteem, or internalised self-doubt
  • Relationship difficulties
  • Work or family pressures
  • Life transitions or questions about identity and meaning
  • The emotional impact of past experiences

Sessions are collaborative. You set the pace while we explore experiences, notice patterns, and develop strategies that support emotional well-being and balance.

Counselling is not only for times when life feels difficult, it can also offer a space to reflect and deepen self-awareness, supporting emotional well-being and providing a confidential, non-judgemental space to talk openly and sort through your thoughts and feelings.

Counselling can help you

Develop self-awareness and confidence

Manage anxiety and stress in daily life

Understand the influence of past experiences

Improve communication and relationships

Build self-compassion and emotional resilience

Sessions are offered in person in Ash, Near Aldershot, or online. Concessionary spaces are available for students and a limited number of low-income clients.
